The nuts and bolts of RF! Christine is a creative thinker, a producer, a photographer, an obsessive organizer, problem solver and the best mom on the planet (no offense to other moms).
When Christine is not behind the lens she is behind a MacBook running projects, devising game plans, processes and ways to solve our partners briefs no matter how crazy the ask.
Meet Evan
Evan is RF’s storyteller and chief creative problem solver. TBH he hates the idea of a problem that can’t be solved, because that just means you are not willing to look at it differently. Evan has an entrepreneurial spirit and a creative toolkit that looks more like a Swiss army knife.
Evan’s 30+ year career is driving by his passion (and maybe a little add and ocd) for storytelling and trying to understand every aspect of the craft. Starting as a PA on commercials, to directing commercials, from brand director to creative director, from editor to animator, from designer to copywriter, he has worn many hats just to better understand the craft and chase the dream of creating stories that inspire others.

Simply put, we wanted to take a different approach..
We’re certainly proud of our past—the agency we built in our mid-20s, the many agencies and production companies we worked for, and the brands we were fortunate to work at. It was the right path for us then. But now, we’ve reached a different place in life, and so have you. The creative landscape has evolved, and we wanted to build something different—not just “another agency”, but a collective that adapts and grows with the times.
We don’t have a fixed form or size; we’re amorphic, evolving with every brief. Then we shape ourselves around what you and we envision together.
With over 20 years of experience, we’ve learned that creativity isn’t just about the final product—it’s the heartbeat of the entire project. It shapes the process, the team, the way we build, and how we deliver. Creativity is the fundamental tool for success, and when applied throughout, the possibilities are endless!
